Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Report
The Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (hereinafter “Bill S-211” or the “Act”) which entered into force on January 1, 2024, the aforementioned act requires reporting by entities involved in the manufacture, production, growing, extraction or processing of goods, whether in Canada or elsewhere, as well as the importation of goods manufactured, produced, grown, extracted or processed outside Canada.
